DBD Drawer
The Dual Bearing Drawers is Caddy’s signature drawer system. It has been designed and engineered to suit a wide range of trade applications and fit in all vehicles. It has been engineered to ensure that it will stand up to your trade. Its modular size variations ensures that we will be able to provide you a drawer which suits your width, height and depth that you require

DBT Drawers
DBT drawers are step above most other vehicle drawer types in the market. Our DBT Drawers have the unique feature of being able to open from both ends. This will allow you to conveniently access your tools, equipment, and cargo from either the passenger or driver side of your vehicle.
Can be fitted to commercial vans and service bodies. The main feature of this is that it can be opened from either the front or rear face of the drawer. We can provide either a carpeted or rubber drawer top depending on your needs. For more customisable options please refer to Additional Accessories.
Main Features
Wheel Bearings
We have specifically engineered our dual bearing wheels for this new drawer system to ensure they will last the test of time. Engaging bearing manufacture to make them to our specifications.
Load Rating
Our drawers are rated to support a 125KG distributed load. The drawers have been stress tested to ensure each drawer can handle 125KG fully loaded.
We have performed cyclic testing to ensure that these drawers will not fail in the field. With the drawer running through 16000 in and out cycles without fail.
(We have taken into consideration safe work practices. E.g. loading drawers with more weight can cause a user safety scenario, if the vehicle is on uneven terrain)
Sideways Roller Guides
We have incorporated adjustable lateral roller bearings into our new drawers. These guides reduce possible friction between the inner and outer bodies. In turn creating a smooth motion going in and out.
Disclaimer: Stainless Steel bearing shown is standard in twin direction drawer model. A single direction drawer comes standard with nylon-coated bearing.
Lock Handle
We have designed our new lock to ensure an ergonomic grip while being able to endure daily use and abuse. With a large, texturized rubber handle to ensure you are able to grip comfortably.
Each drawer lock comes keyed randomly from a set of our customised 5 Key combinations, this ensures your stored cargo is safe.
Lock Cross Bar Mechanism
We have designed an adjustable bottom locking cross bar to ensure that our drawers will always stay tight when in the closed position.
Lock In / Lock Out
All drawers come with a standard lock in lock out function, this is a flush flip latch housed in the top cross bar of the outer casing. This is to ensure when you are accessing your items, the drawer will not close on you.
We also have an optional intermittent locking strip which will allow you to close the drawer at varying positions. (Sold Separately)
Maintenance Care and Lifecycle
Our new drawers are designed for easy maintenance and servicing. Even after 5-10 years, you can purchase replacement parts to restore full functionality.
The internal assembly can be removed easily, and wheels replaced without removing the drawer from the vehicle. Maintenance instructions are accessible via a QR code on the drawer’s Model ID Plate.
We also offer a comprehensive warranty for added peace of mind.
Modular Sizing
We are the only drawer manufacturer who offers a fully modular drawer system, this means we can offer a drawer size which suits your vehicle and needs. In a range of sizes that will fit the exact location you want in your vehicle.
We can stack drawers, mount side by side; the options are endless.
Outrigger and Infill Panels
Our new Modular outriggers and side infill plates allow us to outfit any Ute or Van in existence. Allowing a perfect fit to ensure all gaps are filled.
With these outriggers we can then supply & fit carpeted or rubber pockets which allow you to access valuable storage space in front and behind your wheel arches.
Single Direction (DBD) and Dual Direction (DBT)
The DBT Drawer is the next evolution in storage. Our DBT Drawer has the unique feature of being able to open from both ends. This will allow you to conveniently access your tools, equipment, and cargo from either the passenger or driver side of your vehicle.

We offer 4 standard drawer heights: 275mm, 325mm, 400mm and 470mm high units. Customised heights are available dependant on fleet size.
Our Drawers depicted show an overall height which includes a 17mm structural formply top. (Heights will vary for carpeted and rubber options +5-10mm)

With minimum size of 350mm and maximum size of 1350mm, We offer up to 20 different drawer widths (sizes included every 50mm between the Minimum and Maximum).

Accessories for DBD and DBT Drawer
Door Trims
We offer 17mm Formply / Carpeted or 17mm Ply / Rubber Tops for your drawer. Carpeted tops prevent tools from scratching and tools can be taken out with minimal effort, while rubber tops provide extra grip to stop tools from moving during transport.
False Flooring
We can extend the drawer top area to create a false floor. This will allow you to create additional spaces for you to store items.
We often support the false floor with a custom frame or outriggers / side infills.
Outriggers
3 side supports installed onto a drawer side (6 for both sides). We cover the outriggers with rubber or carpeted removable lids (as shown). This creates a small storage space in the wheel arch area which can easily be accessed through a canopy window. Often paired with Side Infills. Often used for Ute fitouts.
Side Infill Panels
Often paired with Outriggers, Side infill panels cover off the side drawer area and create a nice presentable look while also creating a small storage space in the wheel arch area.
Side Infill Panels are custom made to match the space in between the drawer and the side of the vehicle interior.
Intermittent Locking Strips
If you need to lock the drawer at various points along its extension, an additional lock strip can be added, allowing intermediate locking with the Top Flip Latch. In contrast, standard drawers can only be secured when fully extended
60mm Base Frame
For use with Caddy Service Bodies or similar. The Base Frame will give your drawer enough height clearance to properly extend out without interference. Additionally, we can custom size the base frame to add additional products on top such as shelving or CPS drawers.
Drawer Divides
We can outfit your drawer with internal drawer divides. This will help you further organise your drawer system.
Internal Flooring
Similar to our Drawer Top, we can line the Drawer interior floor with a carpet or rubber finish.
Drawer Tray *NEW*
We can outfit your drawer with internal drawer trays. Can be used to store a Carry Case or tools. Comes with a Foam-Rubber Lining for added grip.
