Main Features
Lock Design
Our custom designed alloy lock combined with 2 stage rotary latches will ensure that your equipment stays safe. Single handle operation for ease of use.
Central Locking – Integrated into the vehicles OEM central locking, our Aluminium Ute Canopy locks and unlocks seamlessly with the vehicle’s factory remote.
Body Construction
Our Aluminium Ute Canopy is built from 2.5mm Aluminium Sheet. This sheet is bent into shape, seam welded, and ground back for a clean, smooth body profile.
Side Door Opening
Usability is a major factor when selecting the right canopy for you. We have designed our Aluminium Ute Canopy with door openings as large as possible within the body size, to allow you access your equipped from the side doors effortlessly.
Weather Proofing
Our hinges are equipped with a full-length PVC seal ensure weatherproofing from the harsh Australian Environment, in combination with a full rubber pinch weld door seal.
Roof Mounting Options
Our 3 Bar Roof Rack system comes standard with every Aluminium Ute Canopy.
Compatible with a wide range of aftermarket accessories.
Electrical Control Box
Our Aluminium Ute Canopy comes standard with an Electrical Control Box that allows integration of our lighting and locking features into the vehicles electrical system.
Automatic Lighting
Our internal LED Strip Light is controlled by magnetic door switches, triggered by the opening and closing of the doors. This allows for automatic lighting when operating the doors of the canopy.
The LED Strip Liight is also equipped with an independent switch, allowing for manual control of the light.
Internal Lighting
Our Aluminium Ute Canopy come standard with a 900mm LED Strip Light, mounted down the centre of the roof. This light is equipped with a dimmable function, allowing the user to adjust the lighting to their needs with one push of a button.

DBD Drawers

Shelving units designed with our Ute canopies in mind. Used in combination with a DBD drawer, Ute canopy shelving kits typically sit atop the drawer, this allows you to easily access the shelving unit from the canopy lift up window.
CPS
Caddy Parts Storage (CPS) Drawer are a handy toolbox drawer system used for small parts storage. It features an in-built handle and push button lock for easy use.

Generally 3 – 3 ½ hours for a central locking canopy. There are other factors that may contribute to extra time such as if particular items need to be removed from the vehicle to install the Aluminium Ute canopy. Please also note that this time does not consider other factors such as installing other items with the Aluminium Ute canopy such as roof racks etc.
Note: If your vehicle requires a ‘J’ Brace Kit then there will be an additional 2 hours installation time
Our Aluminium Ute canopies are weather resistant, not fully waterproof. Each canopy includes a full-length PVC seal on each door in combination with a full rubber pinch weld door seal on the rear door. Water may still enter due to vehicle manufacturing gaps.
Note: Avoid high-pressure washers and automatic car washes.
Most Ute tubs are also not dustproof. Although our canopies have full mounting and tailgate seals, dust commonly enters through factory gaps in the vehicle tub. Optional dust sealing kits are available for most models.
