Main Features

Heavy Duty Tray Deck

Constructed from Heavy Duty Aluminium, the Tray Deck offers exceptional strength while remaining lightweight, providing a durable platform for everyday commercial and recreational use.

The reinforced underside features structural ribs that increase deck strength and rigidity, allowing for a higher load capacity without compromising the structural integrity.

Headboard

Constructed from durable 76mm tubing, along with our integrated Mesh Panel, our Headboard helps protect the vehicle cabin from shifting cargo.

As well as security, our tubing allows for increased storage for longer items with our optional Ladder Pegs.

Tail Light Protector

Constructed from aluminium tubing, our Tail Light Protectors shield the rear lights from accidental impacts, reducing the risk of damage when working on-site or navigating tight spaces.

Drop Down Sides

250mm High Drop Down Sides help keep tools, equipment, and materials secure during transport while providing easy access from all sides of the tray.
These can be quickly folded down by releasing the latches, making loading and unloading simple and efficient.

Stainless Steel Fasteners and Latches

Rust-resistant Stainless Steel Hardware and Heavy Duty Over-Centre Latches provide reliable operation and long-lasting performance.
Designed with user comfort in mind, the smooth finish and rounded edges ensure a comfortable grip without sharp edges or pressure points during use.

Tie Down Rail

Integrated Tie Down Rails provide multiple secure anchor points for straps and restraints. The fully bolted construction delivers added strength and long-term durability under heavy loads.

Easy Loading

Countersunk fasteners create a smooth, snag-free loading surface while allowing Toolboxes and accessories to be mounted flush against the side gates for a cleaner installation.

Side Steps

A Heavy Duty multi-fit Side Step can be mounted at the front or rear of the tray, providing easier and safer access to equipment and cargo.

Ladder Rack

With our optional rear Ladder Rack, increase your carrying capability for ladders, conduits, timber, pipes and other long materials.

Perforated Rubber Mat

Our 10mm Perforated Rubber Mat, with its embossed hatching texture, provides added grip and protection to any cargo stored on the tray. With no adhesive required, it allows for ease of installation and removal.
