The Fleet Vehicle Fit-out Process:
Our process begins with a thorough understanding of your specific needs, ensuring our fit-outs are perfectly aligned with your requirements. We start by providing a detailed quote and conceptual design for your review. Following your feedback, we develop a 3D CAD prototype, complete with design files and engineering drawings. The next steps include programming, cutting, turret punching, bending, welding, powder coating, assembly, and installing the fit-out in the vehicle. After you review the prototype, we’re ready to make any necessary adjustments. Once you confirm, we proceed with the full manufacturing process for your fleet rollout.
