Caddy Storage Joins the Variety Bash – Supporting the Cause with Custom Fitouts

This year, Caddy Storage was proud to be part of the iconic Variety – Children’s Charity Bash, Australia’s longest-running charity motoring event. Known for its adventurous spirit and its mission to help kids in need, the Variety Bash brings together hundreds of participants for an unforgettable outback journey—all while raising much-needed funds for children who are sick, disadvantaged, or living with disability.

As part of our commitment to supporting great causes and building products that go the distance, Caddy Storage provided custom vehicle fitouts for two Bash participant vehicles and one support vehicle. These vehicles needed to be tough, reliable, and functional enough to survive harsh terrain while carrying essential supplies and equipment.

Each fitout was tailored to the unique needs of the Bash, including secure drawer systems, custom shelving, roof rack systems, fridge slides, and heavy-duty flooring. These features ensured that everything had its place and stayed secure across long, rugged distances—whether it was gear for the drivers or tools for the support team.

Our Variety Bash vehicle fitouts reflect what Caddy does best: creating durable, practical, and innovative storage solutions that work hard in any condition. Supporting the Bash meant more than just delivering a product—it meant being part of something bigger.

This project also gave our team the opportunity to connect with passionate individuals and see firsthand the difference these events make in regional communities. From start to finish, it was a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
