Heavy Duty Slides
Heavy Duty Slides (HDS) are an upgrade from our previous iteration of Flat Top Slides. Our reinforced and open design allows the slide to take an increased load of 170kg. The HDS slide system can slide out to approximately 90% of its original size, while retaining the same distributed load rating.
Take away the hassle of having to crawl into your vehicle to take your gear, use our Heavy Duty Slide to easily access your gear, tools, etc.
Additionally we offer several addons that can improve you experience when using our slide system.

With minimum size of 350mm and maximum size of 1100mm, We offer up to 16 different slide widths (sizes included every 50mm between the Minimum and Maximum).

Accessories for Heavy Duty Slides
Tie Down Points
We can outfit our slide with a set of tie down point specific to the HDS slide. These can be fitted at various points on the slide and allows you to secure your cargo / products.

Slide Base Frame
For use with Caddy Aluminium Canopies or similar. The Base Frame will give your slide enough height clearance to properly extend out without interference.
Flat Top Slide
Caddy Slides are similar in structure to Caddy Drawer without top or side panels. Caddy Slide are made entirely of steel, maintaing the same load capacity as drawers – which also allows for the option of machinery or accessories to be mounted or welded directly to them.
Like Heavy Duty Drawer, they slide out to approximately 66% of their total length. When fully open, the slide locks into position to avoid roll-back.
Standard Caddy Flat top slides can be used for multiple task as you find fit; secure your tools to it or use it as a bench top.

Accessories for Heavy Duty Slides
Custom Framing
Custom tube framing can be designed and welded onto your flat top slide. This is good for safely mounting and securing different types of products for transport. Most often used when storing Gas Cylinders.
Tray Top
Custom top Tray lips installed onto the top of the the flat top slide can be installed. Height can be adjusted depending on the customer’s needs.
Rubber top with trims
Flat top slide with 5mm Rubber top bonded with adhesive and secured with Metal Trims. Provides extra grip for large stored items preventing movement while in transport. Can also be used as a makeshift workbench.
