Flooring
Flooring can assist in safeguarding the internal shell of your vehicle as well as providing you with a non-slip surface. Floors are cut in-house with our CNC routers to ensure they are all consistent with a profiled edge to suit your vehicle. All options are profile cut to cover the entire cargo area. Rear and side metal trims supplied with floors where applicable.
Our floors are manufactured to match any vehicle Floor.
Flooring options available
FL-RF
5mm Rubber only
We cut a vehicle profile from a single piece of 5mm ribbed rubber. The rubber is applied to the floor and provides additional grip to the floor, preventing slip hazards.
FL-PFBR
9mm Plywood and 5mm Rubber
9mm thick plywood cut into 3 or more shapes then bonded with 5mm Rubber top. Provides additional grip to the floor and prevents slip hazards.
FL-AG3
Armourgrip
17mm thick Armourgrip Plywood cut into 3 or more shapes. Provides additional grip to the floor and prevents slip hazards.
FL-PF3
9mm Plywood
9mm thick plywood is cut into 3 or more shapes.
FL-FF3
17mm Formply
17mm thick Formply Plywood cut into 3 or more shapes.
FL-AC3
Aluminium Checkerplate
2.5mm thick aluminium Checkerplate cut using our laser machine into 3 or more shapes. Metal panels provide reinforced protection whilst providing additional grip to the floor and preventing slip hazards.
FL-PCF
9mm Plywood and Carpet
9mm thick plywood cut into 3 or more shapes then bonded with 5mm Carpet top. Provides a soft surface for cargo to go on and prevents scratches.

17mm Formply and Carpet
17mm thick formply cut into 3 or more shapes then bonded with 5mm Carpet top. Provides a soft surface for cargo to go on and prevents scratches.

Door Trims

TIE-DOWN
Tie Down Points
We offer tie down points for any flooring option. These can be installed on OEM points or can be custom installed to your choosing. These are good for strapping down cargo or equipment and often work well with floors as well as Wall Panelling.
FL-X-SSF
Side Step Frames (Hiace / Staria Only)
We can install and fit sidestep frames for Hiace and Staria models. Sidestep frames provide structural support for flooring options to be extended past the vehicle’s sidestep area. For Hiace in particular, transforms the sidestep foot well into a small storage area.
