Caddy have many different types and combinations of cargo barrier on offer to suit a range of vehicles. Cargo barrier are a cost-effective method of keeping you safe in your vehicle. Most of Caddy Cargo Barriers are built to the requirements of the Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4034.1 to withstand a 60 kg load impacting the barrier.

The right Cargo Barrier for the right job
When considering cargo barriers, selecting the right type is crucial, as each offers distinct benefits for protecting your vehicle’s cargo area.
Mesh barriers, often with an optional air curtain, promote airflow while securing cargo. Vapour-resistant barriers limit harmful gases from entering the cabin, enhancing safety when carrying chemicals or volatile substances. Lastly, polycarbonate barriers provide a clear view into the cargo area, allowing easy monitoring without compromising security.
Cargo barriers can be fitted in the front (behind the first row of seats), mid, or rear position (with wheel arch cut-outs), offering flexibility to suit various industry needs.

Mesh Cargo Barrier
Suitable for Vans, SUVs, Hatchbacks
Our most common product. It features a 25mm x 50mm mesh, welded onto a steel frame and powder coasted graphite grey. Depending on your vehicle, we can fit the barrier near the front or rear of the vehicle. Some of our barriers are dual position meaning that with a few adjustments, can be moved from front to rear position at any time.
Mid Position Mesh Cargo Barrier
Suitable for most small and medium vans
This barrier can be installed anywhere from behind the side sliding doors to the rear door and can be used to segment areas of your vehicle layout. It has 25mm x 50mm mesh welded to a flat steel frame. A version with bottom cut-outs is available to prevent overlapping between the wheelarches and the Cargo barrier.
Mesh Cargo Barrier with Gap
Suitable for most large and extra-large vans
A good product for couriers or similar that require immediate access to their cargo area. We take our existing front position cargo barrier design and remove the entire mid column of the barrier. This creates a large gap for the user to go though. We can also manufacture a sliding door for further safety.
Vapour Resistant Cargo Barrier
Available across most van modelsOur range of vapour resistant cargo barrier are enclosed to limit gasses and / or fumes travelling to the cabin of the vehicle. It features a large piece of sheet metal reinforced with a metal frame. The edges are covered with a rubber pinch weld bubble seal which allows the barrier to sit tightly in the vehicle. All of our vapour barrier are powder coated APO grey and majority are kinked with a large anti-glare polycarbonate window.
Mid Position Vapour Resistant Cargo Barrier
Available across most van modelsCan be installed at any position between the back of the side sliding doors to the rear door depending on your preferred position. It features a singular metal sheet with a window, sealed with rubber pinch weld. This product normally acts as s divider between the rear seats and the cargo area, but can also be used to segment different areas of the vehicle.
Air Curtains
Available across most Caddy made mesh cargo barrier types.
Air curtains can be developed for the cargo barrier to enhance the effectiveness of air conditioning and reduce noise from the cargo area inside of the vehicle. They attached to an installed mesh cargo barrier and are custom made to suit different manufactures profiles.
They are constructed from a lightweight clear PVC, with a strong and durable webbing sewn around the edges. Air curtains can easily be attached to the cargo barrier with electrical cable ties. We also develop air curtains for genuine mesh cargo barrier.
