Shelving Features
Three different shelving widths to choose from
We offer three different shelving widths for you to choose. 860mm, 1080mm or 1220mm.
Depending on the vehicle we can install up to 2 or 3 shelving units onto one side of your vehicle.
Standard or Full size End panels.
Our standard end panels are the most versitile option and allows the shelving unit to be placed at any position in the vehicle.
Full size end panels provides the shelving unit with an extra row of shelving but can only placed at certain areas in the vehicle.
If your not completely satisfied, we have creative custom solutions to make fitting oyur shelving unit onto your vehicle.
Such solutions include reveresed shelving rows, modified legs, customised shelving shape, customised end panel cut outs to match interior contours and even custom framewoek shelving.

What is the weight rating of your standard shelving systems?
30 kgs per shelf evenly distributed.
What sort of maintenance is required on my shelving ?
Do not overload shelving. General cleaning and periodically checking the fasteners. It is also advisable to inspect mounting points especially top mounting points. If shelving is overloaded this can place stress on the vehicles cantrail. If any signs of stress or cracking of the cantrail please visit your local Caddy outlet as a matter of urgency.
What material is your shelving made from and how is it finished ?
0.9mm and 1.6mm zincanneal plated steel for shelving and end panels. 19mm x 19mm x 2mm RHS tubing for uprights. All powder coat finish.
How long does it take to install my shelving?
Shelving is very dependant on different styles and what vehicle it is being installed into. A typical bay of shelving would take a skilled person between 1 – 1 ½ hours to install.
I have purchased a shelving fit out from you previously. Can I have it removed and installed into my new vehicle? And if so what would be the cost?
Yes, depending on the condition of the product and its compatibility to the new vehicle. Pricing will be quoted upon inspection. It will be based on an hourly labour rated and spare parts.
